We provide a variety of different classes, over 40 classes a week, including Yoga, Pilates, Chair Pilates and fitness classes. Our facilities also provide an amazing infrared sauna with medical-grade chromotherapy lights.
You don't need to be a member to use our facilities, you can drop in for a class or book an infrared sauna session.
We have a friendly team of professionals who understand exercising with pain and injury, who can offer you the best advice to train better and examine your body to reduce pain and well-being.
We have some spare mats on site, but you are welcome to bring your own

Dharma Clinical is a family-run business, with a team of highly experienced and reputable therapists. Our physical therapists are qualified to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions; from common sports injuries and acute back pain to conditions such as Fibromyalgia. There is also a team of talk therapists from hypnotherapy, mindfulness, coaching and psychotherapy, and energy healers available, to provide necessary spiritual and psychological support to ensure we can meet client's needs throughout their journey in their path of recovery or spiritual discovery.
The clinic prides itself on its holistic and tailored approach; providing unique support to our clients for complete MIND, BODY and SOUL rejuvenation. With over a decade's worth of experience within the well-being industry, Dharma Clinical offers some of the best therapeutic treatments around today, by ensuring our knowledge is constantly being updated with new research and training.

Our Infrared Sauna is available for public use, you do not need to be a member to use our sauna.
This is a 4 Person's Full Spectrum Infrared Heated Sauna with a digital control panel, chromotherapy starlights and media to connect your phone whilst you enjoy the tranquil moment.
The heat ranges from 20 - 60 degrees and half frosted glass covering for privacy.
Dharma Aesthetics
Enhancing your natural beauty helps build confidence and empowers you, giving you the strength to feel your best on the inside and out.
These treatments are focused on results, exclusively on non-surgical and non-invasive approaches on the face and body.
Every treatment is bespoke for each individual, rejuvenating, delaying and slowing the process of aging and increasing the production of collagen.
The foundations of these treatments involve a good understanding of how you see yourself, your internal belief and a realistic outcome to maintain your natural beauty.

Our Dharma Collections activewear has an elegantly beautiful design, for activities such as gym, yoga, pilates etc.
The stretchy fabric allows you to move with ease whilst helping you look good and feel good.
Dharma Academy
Our Dharma Academy is designed to support our students during their learning process.
We will soon be providing training in Thai Massage and Sports Massage, during this training programme you can continue with your practice to build up more confidence in your new skills in a safe clinical space, whereby you can practice dealing with injuries and conditions.
